Independent Licensed Therapist

The Clinician II is responsible for providing individual, group, and family therapy to assigned patients, conducting comprehensive assessments, and collaborating on Master Treatment Plans. This role also involves maintaining thorough documentation compliant with regulations and coordinating discharge planning and aftercare recommendations.

Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in a related human services field and hold an Independent License in the State of practice for fields such as Social Work or Mental Health Counseling. A minimum of two years of experience in the behavioral health field is required, along with proficiency in EMR utilization and knowledge of relevant clinical criteria.
