The Physical Therapist will review patients' medical histories, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans. They will provide one-on-one patient care, manage pain, and increase mobility through various therapeutic techniques.
Candidates must have Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing or the ability to obtain it in Wisconsin. The role requires skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and effective communication.

$75,000 - $100,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
