Physical therapists will evaluate patients, create individualized plans of care, and deliver hands-on, patient-centered treatment and education. They must also monitor patient progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Candidates must be a licensed Physical Therapist or able to obtain licensure in Wisconsin, demonstrating a passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care. The role supports high-quality care through mentorship and development pathways.

$75,000 - $100,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
