The pharmacist is responsible for accurate drug screening, processing, and dispensing services within a closed-door long-term care facility. Key duties include verifying orders, maintaining pharmacy security, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Candidates must be a licensed pharmacist in the state of Utah in good standing with a degree in Pharmacy. Preferred qualifications include experience in long-term care pharmacy, IV certification, and immunization certification.
