Salary
$19 - $21 / HOUR
The role involves assisting residents with high-quality personal care, including bathing, grooming, vital signs checks, and mealtime support, while also completing and documenting shift assignments as directed. Responsibilities also include responding promptly to call lights and emergencies, and providing planned activities.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, and while not strictly required, one year of experience working as an L1MA is preferred. The ideal applicant should be enthusiastic, compassionate, and passionate about senior care and hospitality.
