The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide direct nursing care to residents, administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient conditions, reporting any changes observed. They must also maintain clinical documentation and collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
Candidates must possess an active Iowa or Compact LPN/RN license and have a minimum of two years of recent experience in Long-Term Care (LTC). Required qualifications also include BCLS certification and compliance with background, drug screenings, and specific health immunization requirements.
Inabia is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment. The LPN will support resident care plans and ensure safe medication administration and patient monitoring.
This role is based in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility providing care to residents with chronic medical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
Schedule: 8-hour night shifts
