The Licensed Practical Nurse provides safe, age-specific nursing care using the nursing process to help patients attain, maintain, or regain optimal health status. Responsibilities include completing required documentation, delivering effective relationship-based care, and demonstrating technical skills for safe practice and positive outcomes.
Candidates must complete an accredited practical nurse program and possess at least two years of nursing experience (Level II only). Required credentials include an Ohio and/or Multi-State Compact Licensed Practical Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
