The Physician Assistant is responsible for handling patient appointments, performing routine examinations under physician direction, and diagnosing/treating common dermatological conditions like acne, eczema, and psoriasis. Duties also include performing minor dermatological procedures such as biopsies and cryotherapy, and educating patients on skin care.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree from an accredited PA program, current Physician Assistant licensure in Texas, and NCCPA certification, along with Basic Life Support certification. Prior experience in a dermatology setting and strong clinical skills are required for this specialized role.
