The Advanced Practice Provider will assume primary responsibility for the clinical management of pediatric patients across the full care continuum, including obtaining histories, interpreting tests, and developing definitive treatment plans. This role involves direct participation in surgical and inpatient management, prescribing medications, and assisting in the Operating Room as needed.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in nursing (Pediatric or Family NP focus) or be a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program, along with at least one year of experience in a pediatric or family clinical area. Required credentials include active Washington State licensure, national certification (for NPs), NCCPA certification (for PAs), and current BLS certification.
