About the Role

• The Speech Language Pathologist plays a critical role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders across diverse age groups.
• This position involves developing personalized therapy plans that address each client's unique needs, promoting effective communication and improved quality of life.
• The role requires collaboration with families, educators, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care and support.
• The Speech Language Pathologist will also monitor progress, adjust interventions as necessary, and maintain detailed documentation to track outcomes.
• Ultimately, this role contributes to empowering clients to overcome communication challenges and achieve their fullest potential in daily interactions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the United States.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Strong knowledge of speech, language, and swallowing disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with pediatric and adult populations in clinical, educational, or healthcare settings.
