The Licensed Practical Nurse is primarily responsible for providing and coordinating exceptional care for assigned Hemodialysis patients in In Centers, which includes performing all technical aspects of dialysis procedures and monitoring treatments. Additionally, the role involves assisting in patient and family education regarding end-stage renal disease, administering IV medications, and ensuring a clean, safe treatment environment.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited School of Practical Nursing (LPN/LVN), pass the NCLEX-PN exam, and meet state-specific requirements, including holding a current CPR Certification. Proficiency in PC use, including Microsoft Office Suite, and good presentation and communication skills are mandatory, with a minimum of 6 months of hemodialysis experience preferred.
Supports the mission, core values, and customer service of Home Dialysis Services & Dialysis Care Center, LLC (HDS/DCC). Adheres to the HDS/DCC Policies and Procedures and Compliance Program including all state and federal regulatory requirements. The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for providing and coordinating exceptional care for our Hemodialysis patients in the assigned In Center(s). PRIMARY DUTIES / ACTIVITIES:
• A minimum of 6 months of hemodialysis experience preferred.
