What You’ll Be Doing As a provider the full scope of primary care services which fall under primary care of adult and pediatric populations, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care and health maintenance for this population. Officer, your responsibilities include: Clinical Care Provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan, including health assessments, physical exams, diagnostic evaluations, and management of acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based guidelines. Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., blood work, imaging, EKGs, urinalysis) to support accurate diagnoses. Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans, prescribing medications, therapies, and preventive interventions as appropriate. Deliver preventive services such as wellness visits, vaccinations, screenings, and routine check-ups. Engage patients in shared decision-making and self-management support; educate on disease prevention, healthy habits, and self-care strategies. Prepare and administer prescribed medications, injections, and vaccinations. Review lab results with patients and treatment teams; apply best practices in medical care and medication-assisted treatment. Evaluate behavioral health assessments and refer to behavioral health professionals as needed. Perform office-based procedures within scope of practice and participate in acute care situations (e.g., urgent triage). Care Integration & Collaboration Function collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, behavioral health clinicians, care coordinators, pharmacists, and ancillary staff to ensure continuity of care. Participate in daily huddles, case conferences, and care planning meetings. Coordinate referrals and care transitions across multiple providers and healthcare settings. Quality & Compliance Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records and documentation supporting medical necessity, quality metrics, and compliant billing; collaborate with billing and quality teams as needed.

Current D.E.A. Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR), ACLS or Advanced Life Support within 3-12 months of employment, if appropriate. Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an RN and 3 years’ experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Must be insurable under company-provided malpractice coverage.
