The Speech Language Pathologist will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician orders, and create home exercise programs for caregivers. They must also meet weekly visit quotas and ensure timely completion of all required patient documentation and administrative tasks.
Applicants must possess a current/active Speech Language Pathology license in Texas and demonstrate an innovative spirit with reliability. Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of pediatric SLP experience, home-health setting experience, and certifications in feeding therapy or specialties like VitalStim.
