The Registered Nurse is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to deliver individualized care for hospitalized post-operative and acute care patients. This role involves assuming accountability for the outcome of nursing care during a specified work period and collaborating with nursing personnel to provide comprehensive patient care.
Candidates must possess an IA RN license or a compact state license, along with BLS and ACLS certifications, though in-house certification is available upon hire. Essential soft skills include being a caring communicator, flexibility, multitasking ability, and comfort with technological systems; new graduates are encouraged to apply and will participate in a Nurse Residency Program.

Schedule: 72 hours a pay period. 12 hour shifts. Day/Night. Holidays.
