The Quality Coordinator is responsible for performing quality management review functions, which include reviewing and auditing patient records and preparing necessary reports. This role also involves assisting with regulatory preparation and supporting the Department Director with various administrative tasks.
Candidates must possess an RN license or another related healthcare degree, coupled with three years of clinical experience in an acute care setting. A minimum of two years of experience in JCAHO/regulatory and quality management activities is required, along with computer proficiency in Excel and Access.
