This role involves obtaining quality neurodiagnostic recordings by performing routine and advanced testing, preparing equipment, attaching electrodes, recording and archiving data, and maintaining equipment cleanliness. Responsibilities also include ensuring timely testing, gathering patient history, recognizing emergent events, and adhering to safety protocols.
Candidates must have one year of Neurodiagnostic experience, a high school education or equivalent, and strong PC/Microsoft Office skills. Required certification includes Basic Life Support (BLS) from an AHA program and registry by ABEM, AAET, or ABRET (or equivalency with ABRET obtained within 12 months).
