The Certified Home Health Aide provides skilled services and assistance with basic daily activities under the supervision of a licensed clinician, including checking vital signs and assisting with prescribed exercises or routines. Responsibilities also involve supporting daily activities such as transfers, dressing, grooming, hygiene, feeding, and light housekeeping in the patient's home.
Candidates must possess at least one year of recent experience as a CHHA, specifically within a home health agency, and hold a current California Department of Public Health Home Health Aide Certification along with CPR/BLS certification. A valid driver's license, insured and registered vehicle, and strong skills in communication and basic computer use are also mandatory.

Position: Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
TYPE: Part-time
PAY: 30-35 per visit plus mileage reimbursements
Location: Whittier, CA and surrounding areas
The Neogen Care Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) works closely with, and under the supervision of, a Licensed/Certified Clinician. CHHAs provide our patients with skilled services and assistance with basic daily activities. As a CHHA, you will use your skills and experience to assist activities which support skilled services to patients including checking temperature, pulse, and respiration rates and assisting with exercises or repetitive routines as prescribed by the clinicians. You will support other daily activities to include assisting patients with getting in and out of bed, dressing, grooming, hygiene, feeding, assistance with ambulatory transfers, and light housekeeping.
