The MRI Technologist will perform high-quality MRI exams, ensuring clinical competency across all equipment and procedures, and will prepare, administer, and label contrast materials following safety guidelines. Responsibilities also include accurately documenting patient information, communicating clinical data to physicians, and ensuring proper coding and archiving within RIS and ISITE systems.
Candidates must be graduates of an ARRT approved school of Radiologic Technology or an accredited CNMT, ARMRIT, or ARDMS program, with specific timelines for obtaining MR registry depending on the primary certification. A current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification is required within 30 days of hire.

What You’ll Do: Perform high-quality MRI exams while maintaining clinical competency across all equipment and procedures Review patient histories, physician orders, and apply appropriate protocols to achieve optimal imaging results Prepare, administer, and label contrast materials according to department and safety guidelines Accurately document patient information in the electronic health record Communicate relevant clinical information to physicians prior to the exam Ensure accurate coding, tracking, and image archiving within the RIS and ISITE systems Uphold strict MR safety standards for patients, visitors, and staff Perform weekly ACR Phantom testing to maintain high-quality imaging standards
