The Physical Therapist will maximize the physical readiness and long-term health of fighter aircrew by addressing musculoskeletal injuries, focusing on neck and back pain related to flight demands. Key duties include conducting MSK evaluations, designing and monitoring injury prevention and rehabilitation programs, and documenting all work in electronic record systems.
Candidates must possess a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from a CAPTE-accredited program and have at least 3 years of recent experience supporting high-performance environments like tactical or aerospace industries. A current CPR/AED certification and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance are also mandatory requirements.
CGS is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team supporting the healthcare mission of a large federal agency. This position will allow candidates to demonstrate expertise in providing healthcare support tasks such as injury prevention, fitness exams, readiness reports, and rehab programs.

As a multidisciplinary team member, you will be an important part of the injury prevention, performance enhancement, and rehabilitation aspects of fighter aircrew.
