The role is responsible for the accurate and timely performance of routine clinical laboratory tests, including equipment maintenance and troubleshooting procedures across all laboratory departments. Key duties involve specimen collection via phlebotomy, data review and reporting, and managing blood typing and cross-matching for transfusions.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Transcript showing a Medical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology degree and must obtain ASCP or AMT certification (MLT, MLS, or MT) within six months of employment. Essential qualifications include the ability to work specified hours, adequate visual acuity, and effective communication skills.
