The Advanced Practice Provider will join an established Cardiothoracic Surgery team, providing care that includes inpatient rounding, clinic duties, and potential participation in surgery. This PRN opportunity requires flexibility in scheduling based on patient access needs.
Candidates must be an experienced, board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, with an Indiana medical license required for the role. Experience in CT surgery or relevant surgical specialties is preferred, as are specific procedural skills like placing central lines, chest tubes, and arterial lines.

This opportunity delivers care at our Community Heart and Vascular Hospital location at 8075 N Shadeland Ave, Suite 200, Indianapolis, IN. Highlights Community Health Network is seeking an experienced, board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established Cardiothoracic Surgery team. PRN Cardiothoracic surgery opportunity including inpatient rounding, clinic, and possible surgery Competitive compensation and benefits package Epic EMR Experience CT surgery APP experience, or relevant surgical specialty experience is preferred but not required. EVH experience is strongly preferred. Clinical rounding and bedside procedural skills as an APP, such as central lines, chest tubes, and arterial lines, are highly preferred. Licensure & Certification Board Certification required Indiana medical license will be required
