The Support Partner will work one-on-one with a person with disabilities to empower independence and inclusion by assisting with personal care, daily living tasks, and supporting participation in community activities like music, arts & crafts, and walking trails. Responsibilities also include helping maintain the home environment through cleaning, shopping, and meal preparation, while encouraging skill development and routine structure.
Candidates must be 18 years of age or older, possess a high school diploma or GED, and have at least one year of experience supporting community living. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and access to a registered, insured, and inspected vehicle for work use are mandatory, along with being or willing to be Covid-19 Vaccinated.

Location: Media, PA Schedule: Full-time Hours: Monday: 9am to 5pm Tuesday: 9am to 7pm Wednesday: 9am to 5pm Thursday: 9am to 7pm
