At SimonMed Imaging, the Women’s Health Patient Navigator plays a key role in supporting patients through every step of their screening and follow-up process. This role focuses on education, coordination, and proactive outreach to ensure patients understand their care options and receive timely appointments and follow-up services.
This is a patient-facing, coordination-heavy role where communication, organization, and empathy directly impact patient experience and continuity of care. You help patients understand women’s health screening options and support them in making informed decisions about their care.
You engage patients with compassion, professionalism, and clarity throughout their screening and diagnostic journey.
You review schedules, identify follow-up needs, and collaborate with providers and patients to ensure timely next steps.
You manage multiple patient cases while maintaining accuracy, documentation quality, and attention to detail.
You work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless, well-coordinated patient experience.
You balance competing priorities while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and patient focus.
Your work directly improves access to women’s health screenings, early detection, and continuity of care.
Serve as a trusted point of contact supporting patients through important and sometimes sensitive healthcare decisions.
Collaborate with clinical, scheduling, and administrative teams to coordinate end-to-end patient care.
Build expertise in patient navigation, scheduling workflows, and healthcare communication.
