Housing Specialist

• Position Overview POSITION OVERVIEW: Under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, the Housing/Case Manager will provide case management services to a caseload and provide housing assistance within the facility.
• KEY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Case Management: Provide case management services to a caseload of up to 15 Manage and develop systems in the facility.
• Complete all paperwork for charting as required by funding source Conduct groups periodically or as directed by management Housing Services: Provide Housing Assistance to clients Complete Housing Assessments and Referrals Complete HRA 2010-E’s (CAPS) ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS MAY INCLUDE: Attend management trainings, team meetings, and staff meetings.
• Provide assistance within the facility where needed.
• Performs other duties as required by the Clinical Supervisor.

Qualifications

EDUCATIONAL / TRAINING REQUIRED: Either CASAC or Bachelor degree Preferred GED/High School Diploma or Associates Degree Required CASAC-T required EXPERIENCE REQUIRED / LANGUAGE PREFERENCE: Minimum 2 years’ experience with population in a residential setting or related field COMPUTER SKILLS REQUIRED: Proficient in Microsoft Office and related programs Company Overview S:US IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER Join a team of employees who care about the wellbeing of others.
