The Housing/Case Manager will provide case management services to a caseload of up to 15 clients and offer housing assistance within the facility, including completing required charting and assessments. Key duties involve managing facility systems and periodically conducting groups as directed by management.
Candidates must possess either a CASAC certification or a Bachelor's degree, with a minimum of a GED/High School Diploma or Associate's Degree required, alongside a CASAC-T. A minimum of two years of experience working with the target population in a residential setting or related field is mandatory.
