The Speech-Language Pathologist provides evaluation, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions for adult and pediatric patients. Responsibilities include performing dysphagia evaluations, documenting in EMR, and providing education to patients and staff.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and possess a current MS SLP license. ASHA CCC-SLP or CFY certification and CPR certification are also required.
Provides evaluation, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions for adult and pediatric patients in accordance with ASHA standards, including communication, articulation, cognitive, and swallowing assessments.
• Experience in acute care, outpatient, or long‑term care settings.
