Description Physical Therapist (PT) – Senior Living Applicants must hold an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. Applications without a current PT license will not be considered.
HTS is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our mission-driven therapy team at a continuing care retirement community located in New Carlisle, Indiana. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to empower residents of all care levels to live stronger, healthier, and more independent lives—all while working in a supportive, therapist-owned organization that prioritizes quality care.
This community is surrounded by 250+ acres of beautiful landscape and provides a full continuum of care including skilled nursing, short-term rehab, assisted living, and independent living. Specializes in transitional care and post-acute recovery, gibing you the opportunity to make great impact on resident's overall health and independence. State-of-the-art Therapy Gyms featuring advanced technology, modalities, functional training areas and dedicated gyms for each discipline. Collaborative interdisciplinary team focused on person-centered outcomes. *Also hiring PRN to work on an occasional, as-needed basis.*
This continuing care retirement community is located in New Carlisle, Indiana. New Carlisle is part of the South Bend–Mishawaka metropolitan area and is approximately 15 miles west of South Bend—about a 20-minute drive.

Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
