Candidates must possess a Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing for the state of Kentucky. Success is achieved by applying clinical skills to patient assessment, developing care plans, delivering interventions, and tracking patient outcomes.

Qualifications: Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in the state of Kentucky
