The Registered Nurse provides clinical care and coordination skills to every patient served in the Family Beginnings Resource Pool unit, utilizing the Eskenazi Health model of care, Synergy. This role involves coordinating with the patient, family/loved ones, and other healthcare disciplines to ensure care aligns with patient needs across the LDR, OR/PACU, Antenatal, and Postpartum areas.
Candidates must possess a current Indiana RN license and a minimum of two years of Registered Nurse experience in acute care Obstetrics (OB) nursing. Required certifications include current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Fetal Heart Monitoring.
