The Home Health Aide will follow a written plan of care from a registered nurse to provide personal care services, household support, and companion care to help adults remain safe and independent at home. Responsibilities include assisting clients with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, meal preparation, range of motion exercises, and medication reminders.
Candidates must have a passion for caregiving and a commitment to providing quality care with empathy, patience, kindness, and respect, although previous home health care experience is welcomed but not required as free paid training is offered. Applicants must also be able to travel to clients’ homes as assigned and deliver compassionate, excellent, and reliable patient care.
