The Nurse Practitioner will focus primarily on reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, fracture care, sports medicine, limb salvage, and general foot and ankle care, while planning treatment and documenting using the EPIC EMR system. This role involves working full-time, Monday through Friday, as part of a team supporting a fellowship-trained Podiatric Foot and Ankle Surgeon.
Applicants must be graduates of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program and hold an active Texas RN license and Certified Advanced Nurse Practitioner status in Texas. RNFA certification and First Assist/OR experience are preferred qualifications for this position.

The Nurse Practitioner (“NP”) Must be a graduate of an accredited Advanced Nursing Program and have a current RN license for the State of Texas. Certified Advanced Nurse Practitioner in the State of Texas. The NP will report to the supervising physician and/or the Medical Director and will be responsible for meeting CME requirements to maintain certification and licensure. The NP’s duties and responsibilities apply to the THPG patient population and assigned setting only
