The Therapist will provide individual, group, and family therapies within a residential treatment program, offering support through treatment plan implementation and assisting with discharge planning as needed. Key duties include completing biopsychosocial assessments when Tele-Health is unavailable and helping clients develop coping skills.
A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field is required, along with current Indiana Licensure or eligibility for licensure. Desired qualifications include experience in a mental health or healthcare setting and knowledge of best practices in behavioral medicine, with MAT services or certification being preferred.

Direct Report To: Clinical Director
The Therapist will serve as a direct clinical professional providing individual, group, and family therapy.
Under the immediate supervision of the Clinical Director, Therapists will treat a selected caseload of clients suffering from behavioral health and addiction related issues. These clinicians must be able to perform biopsychosocial assessments, participate in multi-disciplinary treatment, and discharge planning for clients.
