Responsible for providing healthcare to clients with addictions and behavioral health issues, including performing comprehensive physical assessments and formulating care plans. Duties include medication administration, clinical monitoring, and maintaining strict documentation and safety standards.
Requires a valid LPN or RN license from an accredited school and BLS certification. Prior experience in hospital or behavioral health settings and proficiency with EMR systems are preferred.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/ Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for the healthcare of female and/or male clients suffering from addictions and behavioral health issues.
Under the immediate supervision of the Director of Nursing, the LPN will perform comprehensive physical health assessments on all intakes and formulate a plan of care that includes physician orders, medications, education, and treatments.
