The Social Worker will coordinate services for homeless clients and interface with various organizations to ensure optimal care. They will also conduct psychosocial assessments and facilitate linkages to community-based services.
Candidates must have current licensure as LMSW or LMHC and a Master's in social work or equivalent. Knowledge of mental health, child welfare guidelines, and the ability to work with diverse populations is essential.
Current licensure ‐ LMSW or LMHC ( LIMITED PERMIT may be considered) Master’s in social work or equivalent Knowledge of emotional/behavioral health; mental health and diagnostic classification Strong expertise in strengths‐based, solution‐focused, and family‐centered practice. Knowledge of guidelines, policies and regulations relating to child welfare, safety, permanency and well‐being. Ability to work independently and as part of a multi‐disciplinary team, to assist individuals of diverse ethnicities, backgrounds, ages, and sexual preferences.
