The Staff Physician will provide Infectious Disease consultation to adult patients in a clinic setting using an interdisciplinary approach and participate in a rotating weekly phone-based call system for urgent patient needs. Additionally, the role involves precepting medical staff and completing administrative duties such as documentation and peer reviews.
Candidates must possess an M.D. or D.O. degree and be Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine, with a Fellowship in Infectious Disease, or be an HIV specialist credentialed by the American Academy of HIV Medicine. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required, along with the ability to meet physical demands including standing, sitting, and specific vision abilities.
