Ally Psychiatry Ally Psychiatry is seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with strong expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), including structured and manualized treatment approaches, to join our growing outpatient team. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who values evidence-based care, enjoys working within a collaborative psychiatric team, and is passionate about delivering high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy.

• Responsibilities: Provide individual psychotherapy utilizing CBT and other structured, evidence-based modalities Experience using Manualized CBT Highly Preferred Deliver manualized treatment protocols for conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and related disorders Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with psychiatric providers to support integrated patient care Participate in treatment planning and case consultations as needed
