The role involves performing complex diagnostic echocardiographic procedures, including M-Mode, 2D, Doppler, and color flow studies, to assess cardiac and circulatory functions. Responsibilities also include assisting with staff orientation, maintaining required records, adhering to accreditation standards, and performing quality controls on instruments.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma and be a graduate of an approved Echocardiography program, along with holding Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) certification. Preferred qualifications include CCI or ARDMS registration and one year of experience, alongside the physical ability to perform demanding tasks.
