The Occupational Therapist will conduct comprehensive evaluations using standardized tests to determine patient needs and subsequently develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician orders. Responsibilities also include developing home exercise programs with caregivers and acting as a vital member of the medical neighborhood by coordinating care between various providers.
Candidates must possess a current/active Occupational Therapy license in Texas, coupled with an innovative spirit and a demonstrated history of reliability. Additional desired qualifications include 3+ years of pediatric experience, home-health setting experience, and potential certifications in specialized areas like feeding therapy.
