The physician will provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients in an outpatient clinic, managing routine and chronic diseases like hypertension and diabetes. Key duties include conducting physical exams, diagnosing acute conditions, interpreting diagnostic studies, and developing individualized, evidence-based care plans.
Candidates must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine and eligible for California medical licensure, requiring a minimum of five years of recent, relevant clinical experience. Required certifications include DEA registration, BLS, and ACLS.
Key Responsibility · Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients in an outpatient clinic setting. · Perform routine and chronic disease management (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, COPD, heart disease). · Conduct physical exams, preventive care, and wellness visits. · Diagnose and treat acute medical conditions commonly seen in an ambulatory setting. · Order, interpret, and follow up on labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies. · Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs and evidence‑based guidelines. · Manage medication therapy, refills, and adjustments. Pay Range is $261,996.80 to $376,001.60 / annual salary The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
