The Licensed Practical Nurse will review patient records to ensure all information is accurate and that documents correctly reflect the conditions and treatment requirements of each patient. Key duties include submitting Review Visit Logs, adhering to operational guidelines, responding to various correspondences, and submitting clinical corrections.
Candidates must possess an LPN certificate or degree and demonstrate the ability to work full-time, emphasizing strong soft skills like being empathetic, detail-oriented, and possessing effective time management and communication skills. Experience with systems like Emsow and Pointclickcare is also noted.
