This role involves providing direct and indirect patient care under supervision, which includes taking patient intake, verifying and recording pertinent health history, and offering excellent patient care. The LPN must also manage their workload effectively and respond to patient calls and messages promptly.
Candidates must be a graduate from a school of nursing and hold current Montana State Board of Nursing licensure as an LPN, with preferred experience of 1-2 years or being a new graduate. Essential aptitudes include emotional maturity to handle multiple tasks and stresses, strong interpersonal skills for empathetic patient care, and flexibility for scheduling changes.
Provides direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a SPMG Management. Is able to intake patient, verification and recording of pertinent patient health history, while providing excellent patient care. Able to prioritize work load, respond to patient calls and messages in a timely manner. . Demonstrates knowledge of the nursing process as a standard in accordance with licensure, incorporating elements of holistic family centered care.
