This role involves providing direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of SPMG Management, including patient intake, verification, and recording of pertinent health history. The LPN must also prioritize workload and respond to patient communications in a timely manner.
Candidates must be a graduate from a school of nursing, preferably with 1-2 years of experience, and hold current Montana State Board of Nursing licensure as an LPN. Required aptitudes include emotional maturity, strong interpersonal skills for empathetic patient care, and flexibility to adapt to a changing environment.
Provides direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a SPMG Management. Is able to intake patient, verification and recording of pertinent patient health history, while providing excellent patient care. Able to prioritize work load, respond to patient calls and messages in a timely manner. . Demonstrates knowledge of the nursing process as a standard in accordance with licensure, incorporating elements of holistic family centered care.
