This role involves planning, scheduling, and coordinating meaningful activities tailored to the needs and interests of residents in the Memory Care neighborhood to support their physical, mental, and social well-being. Responsibilities include assisting the Director of Memory Care with activity planning, leading daily activities, and executing diverse programs according to established community standards and specific memory care programs.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, with an Associate's degree being preferred. A minimum of six months of experience working with seniors in activities or life enrichment within a memory care setting is required for this position.
