The Behavioral Health Clinician organizes, prepares, and delivers evidence-based clinical services, including individual, group, and family therapy, in coordination with interdisciplinary teams. Key duties involve conducting comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments, establishing care plans, providing direct patient care such as case management and crisis intervention, and maintaining timely, regulatory-compliant documentation.
Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy, along with previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with mental health or chemical dependency populations, especially children/adolescents. A current Connecticut LMSW, LPC-A, or LMFT-A license is required.
