The clinician delivers evidence-based clinical services, including individual, group, and family therapy, for children and adolescents in a partial hospitalization program. Key duties include conducting bio-psychosocial assessments, establishing care plans, and coordinating care transitions.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related human services field and possess a current Connecticut LMSW, LPC-A, or LMFT-A license. Previous experience in a healthcare setting, specifically with mental health or chemical dependency populations, is required.
