The Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will provide individual, couples, and family therapy across the lifespan, conducting assessments and delivering evidence-based interventions both in-person and via telehealth. Responsibilities also include collaborating closely with primary care providers on integrated behavioral health care and maintaining thorough clinical documentation.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a related field and hold an active, unrestricted Tennessee license as an LCSW or LMFT. A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience providing outpatient psychotherapy with proficiency in evidence-based modalities is required.
Required Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a closely related field Active, unrestricted Tennessee license: LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience providing outpatient psychotherapy Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy) Comfortable providing both in-person and telehealth services Strong clinical judgment, professional boundaries, and ethical practice Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working within an integrated care team Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical documentation Preferred Experience in integrated behavioral health or primary care settings Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (eCW) EHR Experience working with rural or underserved populations Experience with substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions Comfortable working with patients across the lifespan, including adolescents and older adults Compensation & Arrangement Pay Structure: Competitive, production-based compensation paid per completed encounter Performance-Driven: Your earnings are directly tied to your clinical productivity 1099 Contractor: This is a 1099 independent contractor position; you are responsible for your own taxes and benefits Hybrid Model: In-person sessions at our Ashland City clinic with the flexibility to also see patients via telehealth Practice Support: Office space, scheduling support, and EHR access provided Credentialing Support: We will coordinate credentialing with insurance panels as part of onboarding Built-In Referrals: Steady referral pipeline from our primary care providers through warm handoffs and integrated scheduling Why Ashland City Clinic?
