Rural Primary Care Fellowship for Advanced Practice Clinicians

Fellows will manage a graduated patient panel under the direct mentorship of an experienced clinician. They are responsible for completing defined clinical competencies and attending didactic sessions on various primary care topics.

Candidates must be recent graduates of an accredited NP or PA program and hold or be eligible for Tennessee licensure. A genuine interest in rural primary care and a coachable, curious mindset are required.
