Responsibilities

• About the Cardiac Specialty Unit (CSU) The Cardiac Specialty Unit is an intermediate cardiac care unit specializing in pre‑ and post‑procedural management.
• Our team cares for patients with NSTEMI, active chest pain requiring intervention, and electrophysiology conditions treated with ICDs or radiofrequency ablations.
• CSU nurses manage dysrhythmias through cardiac drip administration and titration, participate in bedside procedures, and care for patients with arterial access devices.
• This is a fast‑paced, high‑acuity environment ideal for motivated nurses eager to expand their cardiac expertise and contribute to excellent patient outcomes.
• ACLS certification is required and must be maintained.

Qualifications

Requirements: Valid NC RN License or Compact State RN License BCLS required Experience preferred
