The Senior Clinical Therapist conducts biopsychosocial assessments and develops treatment plans for clients with significant mental health concerns. They provide therapy using evidence-based practices and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote client wellness.
Candidates must have a Master’s degree in social work, mental health counseling, or marriage and family therapy and be on an independent licensing track. They should possess analytical skills, knowledge of human development, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
