This individual is responsible for specimen processing, performing waived, moderate, and high complexity tests, and reporting the resulting test data according to established procedures. They will also participate fully in all quality control procedures and comply with quality assurance standards.
Candidates must possess an Associate or bachelor's degree in a lab science and be a graduate of an accredited medical lab technician or medical technologist program. The applicant must also meet the alternative education and experience requirements set forth by the ASCP to be eligible for MLT or MT registry.
MT/MLT/Laboratory Scientist: 40 Hours Per Week (PM)
Laboratory Assistant III: 40 Hours Per Week (Midnights)
Laboratory Assistant III: 40 Hours Per Week (AM)
Laboratory Assistant: 20 Hours Per Week (AM)
Phlebotomist: 36 Hours Per Week (AM)
Phlebotomist: 40 Hours Per Week (AM/PM)
