The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU, involving hemodynamic monitoring, medication administration, and performing comprehensive assessments. This role requires collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes while adhering to clinical protocols and safety guidelines.
Candidates must possess an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) and hold a current state RN license along with BLS and ACLS certifications; six months of acute care experience is preferred. Essential abilities include advanced clinical knowledge in critical care, strong communication skills, and the physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs.
